The HEM-O-PURE™ is a Health Canada–approved Class III medical device, engineered by OBLX to deliver ultrapure water for hemodialysis through a direct-feed, closed-loop system — without the contamination risks of a break tank. Designed for reliability, compliance, and performance, HEM-O-PURE™ ensures the delivery of ultrapure dialysate water from the water purification system to each dialysis machine — and safely back for reprocessing.

Thanks to OBLX’s proprietary Smart Water Saving Technology (SWST™), HEM-O-PURE™ eliminates the need for a break tank while enabling a closed hygienic loop — reducing microbial risk, conserving water, and simplifying maintenance.

Production Capacity

HEM-O-PURE™ systems are available with flow rates from 1.5 to 96 LPM @ 25°C, using heat-compatible Dow Filmtec membranes (HSRO-4118-FF, HSRO-4040-FF, HSRO-390-FF). Other membranes may be selected based on feed water quality and clinical requirements.
